It took me a a year to find an urn for my X-Large dog Duke. Ryan was absolutely lovely. Great communication, friendly and the urn is absolutely beautiful.

Ryan's work is wonderful, as is his attention. He was always in contact and did up to the last detail. I am happy with his work. Highly recommended.

We had two senior pets being cremated together so we wanted something we could have pictures of them together and separate displayed. This option worked out great. The seller was very good at showing mock ups and we made some changes along the way before we settled on the final choices. It turned out lovely.

My son's urn turned out beautifully. It's an Art piece. It's like an oversized softball. The designer was amazing and answered every question immediately. The designer gave engraving and offered other ideas I hadn't thought of. Very impressed to lay my son to rest in such a beautiful art piece. Ryan was absolutely amazing to work with, he sent me photos throughout the whole process and kept me updated on everything he was doing, even when the item was shipped and being delivered. We had to suddenly say goodbye to our Oreo.. The amount of relief we had when we heard back from Ryan saying he was able to make a custom size urn for us was unimaginable. As this was our first loss, we were in soo much grief at the time of message. We messaged other makers but all came back saying the urns were one size only.. The urn turned out soo beautifully.. We honestly could not be any happier with how it turned out! Thank you soo much Ryan 🥺

Ryan was amazing to deal with. We searched for months to find the right urn for my remarkable mother who passed away. Its truly a piece of art in which he built from scratch and sent photos along the way. So grateful that I found Ryan and his responsiveness as we determined the engraving placement and allowed us to choose our own fonts. Super fast shipping and well packaged to prevent any damage from occurring. I hope I never need to buy another urn but I'm so grateful if I ever require Ryan's service again. Ryan is *incredible* to work with. No exaggeration! He incorporated a photo, a verse, and my son's name and date of birth/date of death, as well as color. The urn is stunning. I wish I never needed one, of course, but because I did, I am so happy that I found Ryan. His workmanship is perfection. I cannot say enough good things about how beautiful the urn is and how wonderful Ryan was to work with. He is incredibly patient and understanding, recognizing that people who order from him are (likely) grieving. He answered my questions, was fantastic at communicating quickly, and sent me multiple batches of photos at each stage to ensure what he was making was *exactly* what I wanted. Order from Ryan! You won't regret your decision.

Ryan was so kind and helpful, checking in with me often during the process. He created the perfect urn for my beloved greyhound, Ash, lost far too young to cancer. The workmanship on the urn is excellent, it is a work of art. The directions on interring the ashes were helpful. Ryan also included a special gift, a portrait of Ash, that is a lovely piece and sits in the memorial space. Working with Ryan was a pleasure. He's an excellent communicator and took great care packing the urn so it arrived safely. I recommend his work to anyone looking for a special urn for a loved one.
